Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Need a frank opinion

Does anyone use Blind App - they claim to have 2500 users from Oracle registered sharing information - I am thinking about switching from TheLayoff.com to that app if it is worth vile?

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance...

On blind you mostly find people boasting about bonuses, comp, etc. This is true for all companies, not just Oracle. I just find it immature.

@zsv

Sure, they could possibly figure out if you're on blind. But most of the discussions there are salary, bonus, how's this group?, rumors, etc.

As long as you're not spilling company secrets, you should be ok. Right?

Why and on what grounds they bother with you if what you're sharing there is pretty benign?

You do realize that traffic sent to corporate emails is monitored? All a company has to do is tell their employees not to use this, and the verification alone could be grounds for disciplinary action. Y'all are crazy.

@qbx - doing both makes sense - i just get frustrated here sometimes as there is a bit of noise...

i am a bit concerned with sharing my @oracle.com email address though, i guess that's a paranoid in me...

are discussions on blind more meaningful? how'd you compare it to what we have here?
