When we get on a break to go to the restroom, we get warned that we are avoiding calls. How inhumane is this?

Inhumane? Who has a gun to your head? Leave if you don't like it or better yet just do your bloody job. You folks have lowered the bar for the company I loved. You've trashed three buildings and all you do is moan and complain. It seems the only qualifier for your team is that you speak Spanish and barely speak English. The Pine campus which is only a few years old and was beautiful, is now a dump. Hope you're all happy. You should be the first to go.

It's called every Supervisor who has worked in other call centers before where people are dirt bring this habits to the Molina call centers where historically Supervisors are to coach and not harass agents about things like restroom breaks or wrapup but when they're isn't strong leadership arounf it turns into a forced labor camp with "leadership" barking at agents including the occassional lead who thinks they're some sort of demi-god but then answers tough questions with attitude because agents should check resources although the lead or anyone for that matter can't find sh-- on sharepoint. Fucckk these peoples
