I loooove working here but these layoff threats scare me so I started applying and got an interview with a stable company the only thing is I want to stay here. There is a piece of me saying wait it out until I'm completely laid off. But what if I dont get laid off?? I would love opinions

Go home and sleep. No one knows what they're talking about.
Get out now. The writing is on the wall and has been for a very long time. Do you think they really care about you? They've been sitting up there fattening their own pockets and now the gig is up. You wait it out if you want to but be ready to feel foolish around this time next month. I'm sure it won't be too hard to find employment elsewhere along with all of your co-workers looking for jobs all at the same time.
S--- it up buttercup. You are fortunate to have been offered to stay instead off being let go. Count your blessings.
If you get the job, take it and run! I got talked into staying after I had the chance to leave and now regret it.
Go to your interview and take care of yourself. I had an interview with another department last year (within Molina) and the director told me to not go, that there would always be a need for new to medicaid and I would be fine. I did just that and then was laid off this past May. I wasnt watching out for myself.
I would purse it, just remember that the Molina that you love will not be the same Molina. I just quit Molina and will be starting my new new job next week. You have to be loyal to yourself because the company is not concerned about their employees. If they were concerned they would do more to assist employees with the transition of a possible layoff.
I agree! Take the interview and keep your options open. This place is a sinking ship. Molina is loyal to profitability, not the mission, not its employees, not its members.
Best of luck on your interview!
You got an interview not a job offer. Take the interview and see where it goes. It would be irresponsible not to pursue greener pastures Just in case you are laid off. The wheels are turning and you need to prepare yourself.
