looks like the geniuses on the thread were wrong on this too. Stock Option payout into Fidelity accounts on 9/1. Merger approved. The best thing is you get your "vested" and "unvested" options.
If they are vested you can sell now, If they are invested you have to wait. Prob September/October for Fidelity to cash you out. Remember 30-42% taxes and that anything over $42 disappears. So say you have 1000 vested, at the current price your waiting for essentially 0.25x1000 shares vs selling now. Depends on how much that $250 is worth to you...Personally I cashed out at 43$ With anything vested and put it right back in the market

If you have some vested you could sell them now. It's close to 42 anyway....
We were told end of Aug early Sept is when our Stock will be purchased and wfm will no longer be on the nasdaq. As for all things finalized, no telling. They added an all store inventory this week for this reason.
personally, I would like to believe that the sale will be finalized on september 25. The beginning of a new fiscal year would be the most fluid transition date.
Deal won't be finalized until next year. Sorry folks but don't count the chickens just yet!
do not listen to that. august 31 is not the date. most likely towards holidays. (not trying to be rude, but not wanting anyone to account for money being there at certain time and then it not)
