When was the last time Lowe's had a great QRT?? Seriously maybe before they took SPIFF's away.. When people who worked there gave 120%.. Since they were taken away most specialist's collect a check..
That's cause their CEO isn't beating them down and taking away all hope.. Why should we back a CEO trying to get rid of seniority?? They don't want experience just cheap labor. No one trusts them..
