Anyone else receive a Molina email with a Pulse Point Survey? I checked around and found 3 managers and an analyst in my department that received them, but another 40+ people who did not. They are supposed to be anonymous and ask questions like "Do you believe senior leadership is prepared to make the tough decisions necessary...etc.," and "Does your team fully support and understand the changes necessary for Molina to become a stable, profitable company?" etc. Seems very fishy that everyone has not received these survey links.

I guess my question is why does it matter they already know they are going to get skewered information because of what we are going through right now.
EmployeeCommunications2 has been used since at least 2/1/17...check your e-mails. No conspiracy there. As for why only certain staff received the recent survey, another mystery we will likely never solve.
The email display was Employee Communications so that it looked like it went to everyone. If you checked the contact card for it, the address was Employee Communications2. For some reason it was sent to a specific subset of people. Now to figure out why...
Aww man. I received it and completed it today. Now checking, others at my location (MHNM) did not receive it.

Be careful of those surveys. I dont believe they are anonymous and that your iidentity is protected. It is the same with the instant message or "jabber".
I hardly believe it's anonymous. For smaller teams, the first 4 questions make it very easy to narrow down the submitted answers to 1,2 or 3 people at most.
Is it really anonimous ?
I received it but at least one of my team members did not.
