QC should just post a "Arbeit macht frei" banner over every office to rally the H1Bs that are tied to their employer.
Not a good sign when a company needs to layoff support stafff to boost the bottom line.
Why have any employees? Many big companies now have between 4 and 10 employees. Everybody not in the C-suite is a contractor.

Remembering (around 2005?) when the Q-shuttle bus drivers were hired direct after Q noticed the gap between what they were paying for the outsource contract versus what the drivers were taking home.
I guess my biggest surprise is they weren't outsourced 10-15 years ago.
