Things are happening right now - just like the rumors we heard, 500 managers will be laid off. Plus 250 workers in addition to that - overall 750 people will lose jobs. But nobody asks about fat bonuses executives continue to receive while we all struggle as a company.
Times have changed, after 28 years here I can say that this company has changed forever - I chose to remember that old Union Pacific that cared about the worker and was looking into future (and not at short term quarterly results)...
