new product -no signs

Here at my Sears store we have new stock numbers showing up and not a single scrap of new signing has shown up (garage door openers), I asked a DM when the signs will be in he will not respond, this right after I just received a text from him on a different matter . Could this be a sign that we are just clearing out the warehouse of product sears has ordered for our store. Now that our store may be marked for closure , we are getting the product in and zero signs, why waste money on signs for a closing store would be my thought.

Any thoughts ?

Its a big sears garage sale the DM is pushing to have all VOM,OM 991,put into the center isle to help get rid of the old stuff

No the blowout sale isn't a sign you are closing. It is just the name of the sale. I think it's both on Sears and Kmart. At some point, there is also going to be TV advertising for Sears too. It is just another marketing handle.

We at our sears store doing the same thing , check your sign room we got our signs a month ago, we at our store know this is an internal liquidation, of the company the end is near for a lot of sears stores , we guess first week of sept for more store closings

At my sears just popped up that they Wana have a blowout sale Sunday everyone going crazy to get set up signing has not showed up.emergency meeting yesterday about this blowout sale for Sunday is this a sign we are closing? Does anyone know.

Oh I see. Sometimes that stuff is late. I just noticed on Pebble today a lot of people mentioning that signing packages are late or not showing up. I'd attribute the problem to too much job-shuffling at corporate. Have your manager inquire about a tracking number.

Why can't you create signs? Signing has been a complete disaster for as long as I can remember (10+ years)...
