Sooooo looks like CHE's have no tasks currently... anyone else thinking there may be a group of layoffs before the end of the month? (Possibly 2 rounds this time?) I don't see how they van keep all of us two more weeks before they even make the announcement if we don't have work to do

I couldn't agree more w. Previous poster. How did we manage to get this on two threads. Please see my post on the other thread about the general direction of things....not good for you all Che's or me as a phc
Even less tasks coming in September if Care managers will be required to order HW articles through HW instead of tasking CHEs. Writing is on the wall.
the ches are completing all the tasks that come in but there are so few that ts not enough to keep us busy all day or for some even reach the productivity minimum. sad but i think its not looking good for us CHE's
Disenrollment is effective as soon as mbrs are notified
Wow. How long did it take to go from 2000 to 20? That is drastic. Is the disenrollment member list effective immediately or are members being notified and then carrying on until a certain date?
The tasks are being taken care of... Che's are completing them... just not as many because of disenrollment!!... that being said we are going from 2000+ tasks in the queue (yes the hah Che queue) to fighting each other for tasks... 20 at one point today... this happens every time we're close to a layoff
I agree 🔽. Disenrollment are affecting tasks for sure. Another issue...did you know that we were instructed to put tasks into a new queue? Now HAH CHE instead of splitting them up by level of care. If we have less members, I can only assume that means less tasks to CHE and HCMSS but it should improve some when these disenrollment are done. Not looking good for you guys either. Sorry for the bad news but I'm not going to say you are safe because your cuts are probably coming down the road. That lead to the topic I posted...are layoffs the norm now?
I task the CHEs several times/day and I'm fairly certain my colleagues are doing the same....are you saying the CHEs literally have no tasks or the queues are just low?? If none, where are the tasks going??
PHC's are not tasking Che's for members that they are disenrolling, unless the member will be an exception, so there may be a reduction of tasks as a result of this.
Well I have been tasking che' s. I hope you are getting the tasks because the members are waiting for info.
