What part of Qualcomm IT is outsourced?
All of it would be outsourced..
Been happening for long time
It esp in sd is dead
But the it engineers have atleast fu skillset
I find IT to be Super Helpful, that's why I use the acronym Sh-- for super helpful IT.
Nothing I love more than talking to some guy in India who is reading off a script, after some crap they pushed broke my network.
