I hate this job at Union Pacific- I am on call 24/7 which is hard but when you know that your manager is not appreciating it you'd wish that they lay off.
We had massive rumors about large-scale layoffs - this panned out true but it's not as someone expected...
Look at the average Union Pacific worker - the individual is Stressed out work force due to hands available for work and more work in general...
Management is generally overworked - this creates a poor environment for the rest of the work force.
