I've read that most of the layoffs will be management positions but I can't find any info on what other areas will be hit. We are not being told anything, so I've been scouring the web, but to no avail. Anybody has any info? I would really appreciate any news on this.

They laid off 32 mechanical in Desoto MO.
Cut all foreman jobs back to craft in small points now chn,rawlins,greenriver for suree takes place Wednesday ....fritzy not getting enough money his 11 million a year not good enough i guess greed greed
500 jobs will be management positions and 250 union jobs. They're trying to reach 500 by offering early retirement to those who are 55 years old with 30 years of service. They're also offering up to a year's salary to quit. If they don't get 500 then they will force some to quit. Those who are forced will get either the early retirement deal or the same cash payout.
From what I have heard so far they will hit the 500 with voluntary separation so maybe forced reduction won't be necessary. I haven't heard anything about the union side so I can't help you there.
