Thread regarding Sears layoffs

SYWR call center outsourced to India

I'm so annoyed right now. Tried calling sywr for an issue with bonus points not posting to my account and I could barely understand the representative, obviously from India. Call center was in the United States up to a few months ago and they were always extremely easy to work with and friendly! Now these "associates" in India are difficult to understand and have no clue what they are talking about or doing. Very frustrating! I officially give up. I'm do jumping through hoops for SHC, I'll shop elsewhere

I called a few weeks ago. Was put on hold. The person who came back on the line was speaking Spanish. I kept repeating English or customer service and got no one else.

Am I the only one who would be willing to spend a lot more for better products and service that I only have to buy once or twice in a lifetime instead of every other year

When you call just say "I'd like to speak to someone in the United States." It's that simple.

They're not in India, they're in the Philippines. But they will transfer you .0

go to costco, they have the same card and you can use their rebate on stuff you actually want

Face it it's the same everywhere you call a toll free number unless you are willing to pay big bucks for high end items, here I mean luxury items/clothes.
