IT lean? Dont think so! 1200+ ppl in IT in a 13000 employee company (not counting Pathways). That's almost 10%. That's not lean!

It doesn't make any difference if you're remote or not. It's call WebEx. If you are clueless about technology, you deserve to be let go out of IT.
