Incase you did not notice the US based engineered poc team has been gone for two years now.
I have a friend in HW presales who is training a guy from India who dials in to customer meetings.
The guy from india knows how to tell the customer to run an exacheck and thats about it. Sadly I am convinced my friend is training his replacement.
You think management or the average sales guy can tell the difference between the level of service these two provide?
The customer can... But I don't think that wont save my friend. I also think thats one major reason why we have declining sales in Oracle HW.
But its a moot point as no one cares. HW is dead.
