Seems like a lot of complaints from existing employees (and some independent store owners) on here. If you don't like it leave. You lack integrity if you continue to pull a paycheck or your livelihood yet complain about how bad it is. Man up!

Well, I can say my complaints are valid. If that is what you intend on calling them. I am a stock holder with vested 401k and have had many other awards and grants. After 21 years of seeing this company make the same mistakes over and over.
Next will probably be the 2005 repeat of getting rid of the bottom 10% of the company. Yes only to have it replaced with another 10%.
Makes sense to me, how about you.
The upper management needs to be revamped in order to increase sales and put the parts and knowledge back in the stores. I currently have more drivers on hand and run the counter myself to do all the free services and parts sales.
Give 110% everyday while I watch the circus. Good company, just run terribly wrong in my eyes.

Encouraging words there. I dare say the morale on this board only reflects the morale throughout the company. Sure, everyone with a negative attitude could quit. I mean, Advance WILL just hire anyone with a pulse. Do they need any parts knowledge? No. Advance just sorta gives off this bitterness. Before long, they'll be bitter, too. After all, just look at the turnover. I happen to enjoy my job and give 110% when I am here. But I can certainly see why so many do not approve of where this company is headed. Everyone is replaceable. Even you. So, go ahead, give everyone some more encouragement.

Hey Mr. Personal Integrity, you must Mr. Brown in the organization with your nose so far up the sewage canal that anything would be a breath of fresh air, so man up and use a shovel.
