How many people in Bentonville have had a Deloitte audit done on their team recently?

Outsourced meaning a mix of outsourcing professional services combined with offshoring where it makes sense . Certain leadership functions should go to those with core industry experience such as Accenture. Some of the other team functions like call center could be done offshore, probably cheaper and with better IT support than what is available now by keeping it in-house.

If by this, you mean cheaper, then sending this to India is almost certainly cheaper. If by this you mean better quality results and contributions...then I'd need to see the data.
Not sure who has been visited by Deloitte. There are definitely certain support areas of the company (outside of retail operations) that would be better handled by outsourcing. I believe the HR leadership already knows this and reported such with regard to various HR functions. Coming to mind are benefits administration, recruiting, various call center activities, perhaps even some of the compensation functions. Makes sense that Walmart would look to outsourcing for those things that are outside core competency and allow focus on merchandising and retail operations.
Just asking how things work, I know that Deloitte is used by Walmart to help with consulting for planning outsourcing. Wondering how many other teams have had a visit from them recently and how many had a visit before layoffs in other teams.
They should do more audits of managers & what they really do. A robot could go around and ask when things are going to get done & to automate everything. Maybe that is their script ?
Are they auditing teams to see if team members have credentials and education to hold their positions? I think they rolled through and asked about some of our team members. The fact that we have certain people who can't do 5th grade math, yet are called Sr. Managers, responsible for billion dollar engagements, must have been alarming to them.
