Eventually both will control Hopkinton. Get rid of Walter as QA head, he is bribed by NDC. As a QA head he knows what is going on and he still doesn't care. He wants to keep his job and private airplane. He wants Dell to pay for everything.

WP is very powerful because he has roots in Austin. He is close to PK who is close to MSD. He is also close to G, JB, YP, FH, JK and DT. Do don't mess with WP if you want to be in Dell.
Michael is too big to even think of these sites. There are others for that. L3 and below.
They should also do a case study of BDC in light of five dysfunctions of teams. Lots of cans of worms will come outta it.
