First off if they ever want to bee successful again then they need to stop all the BUE and the first line manager that do nothing but travel around and say in hotels plane ride and just partly it up on wasted so called Business trip there are so many better ways for them to stop wasting IBM money. They have good people that do it not the upper management I say if you have to many years at IBM. Then it's time to let the younger people get IBM back to work

IBM needs to get rid of the upper/middle mgmt bloat. It's what has killed so many companies before and continues to take companies down.
ex. Sears/Kmart, Woolworth, Venture, JC Penney's, ect ect

Most all of the people on this blog are hard working, long hours, take all the BS they have been served and worked their a-- off to make IBM successful.
