Two previous threads have been taken down regarding the new site leader (HD), and the wonderful, people person skills that he brings. What's up with that?

Unfortunately one of his "groomed proteges" has been reeking havoc here at Norcross for the last 3 plus years and driving very good people away.
I've never heard of the great scissors purge. But it is so outrageous that I believe it. Send it to the cartoon strip, Dilbert since it sounds like it would make a lot of people laugh.
A lech and totally inappropriate towards women. His groomed proteges are "seeking opportunities outside of Honeywell" (wink wink) yet he's still wreaking havoc on the workforce. You would think he would get clue?
Wow, someone needs to "out" the rotten bast***d, for the psychotic attitude. Which of any of the new 8 behaviors does this guy exhibit? Thoughts anyone?
Well, when he posts his phony "improved" metrics it's easy to see why gullible people think he's great. Years ago, he publicly chastised an Engineer for still having nonconforming parts sitting in Receiving on a Friday and not having them sent back to the supplier, only 2 hours after they were found to be non-conforming. That "hup-2-3-4" "sense of urgency" went over really big with the site leader at the time. Later he went to the same engineer and threatened his job if said engineer did not have parts on the line by Monday. Hmmmmm.......
To answer the posting of: "Heck, why is he still employed?" He probably has some unflattering information on the ALT. I'm shock there are still people in the company who think he is a great leader, several at Norcross, Ottawa, Urbana and Clearwater for example.
Ah laughable...good times. The great scissors purge. I still get a kick remembering that day. I went to my lab and got a crappy pair to sacrifice to the scissors gestapo while I hid my 8 inch razor-sharp shears in the back of my desk drawer. I felt like Anne Frank was hiding in my attic.
Don't forget his great decision making...he was the one that had his managers out there removing ALL scissors in every building. Great use/abuse of power. Such a joke. Bring in fresh people that have a different perspective that work WITH their employees on doing something productive like their actual jobs then maybe the customers and employees will be satisfied again!
There are customers who will not attend a meeting that he attends. Customers have been insulted; Customers have been lied to and he's been caught at it. He's been coarse and crass and been reported to HR for insensitive comments toward women. Why is he still in management? Heck, why is he still employed? The guy is toxic.
Be grateful if you had your phone taken away. You will not miss the incoherent call at 1am.

If he is as bad as everyone says, how could he still possible be employed at the management level he is at?
No names needed, if you had any experience with the fool you would know who it is. I did as a manager, this man put himself before any team, director, or VP, which is wrong! The only people that succeed under him are the "yes" people without any spines!

I hate to say this, but the new site leader in Clearwater is an a$$ whole. Yes, with two $$. He has no sole and only cares about enriching himself instead of doing the right things for the customer or employees. He is just the right man for the Job. Honeywell has chosen right. I feel sorry for you guys in Clearwater.
I believe the two previous threads referenced the individual by a nickname. This site is pretty strict about names and probably saw it as a violation. Even I, who never worked with or for this leader, knew exactly who it was based on nickname.
Even better than his people skills are his creative use of alternative facts in the world of Quality.
