So many things are wrong with L3 Waco. The rich stay rich, the poor remain poor. Managers driving new cars, vacations, houses. They are living it up in Waco. If your not in their club, you get no raise along with a very bad review. Fancy offices, personnel fridges, ice machines, water fountains, microwaves, everything to make these managers happy! If you aren't their friend they will make your life hell. Too many managers for so few people. Lay these people off. They are too comfortable. They are convinced they are going no where. The people thrive with little everyday deserve their jobs. We have families, our children depend on us. Cut the fat! The ones who get those big bonuses too! Programs are done, move the people, or let go. Wasting time & money. Waco loves L3. But nobody likes it with people who are overpayed & are in the way.

These "leaders" need a tax cut. Be sure to write/call your GOP Congresscritter and tell them YOU support further tax cuts for the uber-wealthy. Just listen to all the commercials on the TV about it.

Surely they "worked hard" for their wealth.

P.S. Remember how well it worked for the average American when Bu$h did it.

A few years ago, Waco hired a manufacturing manager from a local candy factory. Said whatever we make, "widgets," is the same in any manufacturing industry. He is gone now, but the leadership mentality remains.

I believe that "2's" is the first person on here who has made any sense at all. It is too late for whining. Get your houses in order. That should have been obvious to everyone in Waco for the last 4 years or so.

It is not out the door meaningless, nor a waste of time. These piss poor "leaders" are driving the doors closed and too damn egotistical to even realize it. As a president and coo, you didnt know voluntary layoffs were happening? Obviously they are lying or corporate has them so far in the dark.

If you have substantial proof, ethics hot line. Only so many can go unaddressed through Rhea's favoritism folder before corporate gets involved.

Your lack of speaking up will cause more harm that good to many of your co-workers.

Next Friday, the ones that know the truth, have been manipulating numbers for fear of their jobs, lying about progress, those people will be gone. And then the real fun starts. These individuals that signed, they know the truth. Not all, but most.

Its not over - no work coming in. Get your resume ready, your family prepared, finances in order and check your ego at the door. We have been a family for as long as we could, now its time to grow up and move on.

Now, get off your IPhone, find some work to do, and lie on your time card-charge this to some random charge#. Time card fraud. Cay, its people like you who needs to wise up. In Waco you don't tattle tell, if you do, watch your back. There's a list, if you try to talk & make things better, the over privileged managers add you right to it. Will never improve as long as the Greenville cull non-leaders are still in place. Plus the other culls that have remained JMR and DH among others with the cronies they have put in place. None have any idea what team building is. They manage by threats, bulling, intimidation...

I feel it is important to state facts and not assumptions when addressing the situation with leadership. If you want resolution, complaining about microwaves and ice makers will not get you there. I suggest you take a good hard look starting with your department and find ways to be better. For example, it's a social atmosphere on the hangar floors with not enough profit margin being produced to keep the indirectly employed afloat.

The day to day activities are being ran by some PM's that know little about assembling an aircraft. How many temporary part installations are happening site wide driven by program office? How many times do you perform these temporary installs and they remain in place for weeks at a time covering up areas where progress is falling behind and often times unrecoverable? Then comes the time for you to sacrifice your childs soccer game because delivery schedule dictates 6 and 7 day work weeks to make dates. Where is all the bad-decision making management during this time? Getting you breakfast on the companies expense line as a token of appreciation? Are you animals or assets to the company?

There is no one single person to blame for the failures of this facility. There are many positions being filled by Greenville's non-leaders intimidating others to perform instead of team building. Individuals are threatened with the thoughts of not being able to provide for their families as means of team building. That makes me want to work faster and harder---how about you?

Take a good hard look, really observe, evaluate, analyze, and discover the true reason why. Not what simply effects you. Bring those issues to light and offer solutions not just complaints.
