I have decided may be i should go back to my country after this layoff. I am on H1B. Does oracle offers to pay for air tickets to return back to home??

Yes, there were some cases before, but who knows...
Yes, by federal law Oracle as a sponsor of your visa is responsible for transporting you back.. If you ask Oracle to arrange air tickets for you AND dependents, Oracle can not say NO.
Of course, LE will buy you a first class
