Maybe Trojan condom company so we can develop the "SmartCondom" this new product will warn you if the girl is too fat or just after your money if you are too drunk to figure this out.
For the same reason Qualcomm didn't buy and destroy the patent trolls they have dealt with in the past: why give a windfall reward to the same management that put them in this position in the first place?
