Heard from our Mgr, layoffs will be happening once the bonus will be paid for legacy employees.It will be happening across the board in US,China and India.

There won't be any more layoffs until the beginning of next year at the earliest. The company has to see where Revenue is at for the next quarter or two before making staffing decisions.
Dell just had a rif based on Q2 earnings; need to se where revenue is at goong forward.

You are lucky. No bonuses paid off in my area. Pushed off months from when we are supposed to get them. THey are not bonuses just excuses not to give a raise
