Not only is Intel the dumping ground for failed mgmt, but look at all those stalled mgrs still there just for the paycheck. Absolutely no balls to challenge the ineptness of executive mgmt. Sad.
More likely Apple made him leave as a precondition to a settlement.

Also Intel only hires failed Qcom Indians. No one else is welcome.
Unlikely, since he's departing on Dec 31, 2017. Bearing in mind his position at Q is more senior than Fatso used to be, not sure there is any post suitable for him at I.
