OMCS has become OUCS. The goal is to automate everything so that it becomes the Oracle Unmanaged Cloud Service. They won't need people to manage it once that happens.

Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS) was a group that ran private data centers that managed Oracle applications. Their business is going away as customers are rapidly replacing private managed data centers with Cloud. SC is no longer funding private data centers for OMCS and expects that they will implement apps on Oracle Cloud. Oracle Cloud is severely deficient in capacity, scalability, availability, and general features and functionality. In other words, I see no future in OMCS.
what about OMCS staff and App DBAs?
Possible no more sparc hosted on omcs !
