7/24 @ 2pm. Mandatory Role Clarity Meeting in my store. ASMs and SSMs.

It's to define or clairify the new management roles because their new system is a disaster in spite of being tested in Chicago.

More and more gets pushed on to the associates and then we get yelled at if it's not done or we ignore customers to get it done. For the sales people on the floor it's a no win situation.

Dear Lowes, it looks bad when all your managers are clustered in a group talking and 30 feet away there is a code 3 situation at the front registers because the only cashier needs an override. Head cashier at customer service has a line and everyone else who can do an over ride is standing around talking.

Role clarity training: an email can take care of that.

Who goes to this? Managers? Since they seem to be the ones not knowing what to do. Us employees on the floor just keep on helping customers and downstocking. We on,y need a manager when some customer asks to speak with one.
