Agree most of the H1b's I have worked with perform no better than an entry level college graduate. They are NOT specialists, they need to be trained same as any associate and require associates to take time to train(hand hold) them. Of course there are exceptions but I can count the truly skilled specialists I have come across on one hand
Having worked with the H1B's, they cannot do it better, and while they do it faster, it is because it is buggy software. Not just at Wal-Mart, but EVERY fortune 1 company I have worked for. Happy to be in a place now that won't sponsor.
