Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Annual Hunting Season is around and I don't see anxiety on this forum

I must be missing something. Cisco annual hunting season opening soon and like always I have not seen much anxiety on this forum. Either people have given up considering no point in speculating as this is the part of life in Cisco and no matter who tells you what, axe can fall on anyone anytime /OR/ after additional 1500 layoffs in June, people are assured that Cisco Leadership have saved enough money to pay for their bonuses that they may spare few lives this time

It's a soulless company with narcissistic management , those that face the axe are probably just waiting to pick up the severance package and want to move on. There's a lot better places to work fortunately.

This is the result of getting whipped over and over the pain goes away. Nobody cares no more go ahead s---er new hires to get excited for the first six months then they see the light. I go to work do my job and go home my attitude has changed from caring too much to just do what you got to do. What I once called a career I just call it a job now. No romance no more just black and white.

After seeing a relentless amount of goodbye emails, I believe Cisco was able to abuse a great deal of people into leaving the company. Why pay severance packages? Just treat your employees like absolute garbage, until they depart for a different company.
