None of these Jobs-like visionaries work at Intel. These managers are all phonies.

The only reason any of us are on this site is because we don't trust Intel. We feel it spiraling down. We watch the failures and lies from quarter to quarter. We wonder if we'll have to find another job or if we can squeak by and retire on this dinosaur.

You think Alphabet, FB, Amazon, or Apple employees come to this site at all? No. They are working on successful projects at work.

We come here because we don't trust any level of leadership at Intel. We want to try to see if we can grasp any sort of clue that might help us navigate our career or help us last another year.

The only question to ask yourself:

Which is scarier?

Staying at a job you don't trust and which isn't giving you marketable skills out in the real world?

Venturing out into the world and getting another job. Being brave. Leaving the cubical hell to at least test yourself so you don't end up completely unemployable.

What's scarier?
