Lots of bad managers company wide I see. Legit our store got one of the worst. John Mounts was the devil. About 13 of us filed complaints on him and more were coming. He's psycho!

Ours isn't psycho as far as I know. She does spend a lot of time on her personal smart phone talking to her bratty kids or unemployed husband about what/how to make dinner. I've seen her walk right past customers; too engrossed in her conversation to notice them.
