I have worked for this company for 23 years and have seen good times and bad......with that said. I still love coming into the store and helping people but the management in the last 8 to 10 years has gone down. It seems as if no one in corp. understands that you must have good people or your customers will go somewhere else. We are not the only place you buy anything we sell. The employees are understaffed and over worked with never a thank you. I just hope that someone sees the writing on the wall and makes some changes at N. Wilkes. Remember a fish always rots from the head down.

I'm 10+ and using every benefit I can before my departure end of year. I will walk away with nothing left and can't wait for my new career.
I just left after 15 years, best decision I ever made.I also took 5 with me too the new job.They are all making more $, and work 4 days a week 10 hour shifts. Overtime optional too the employee. I was loyal, now I realize I get too spend time with my family, have weekends off, ohhhhh and I get 3 weeks vacation. Feel sorry for all of you. Hell its was just plant inventory and was fielding calls left and right.... LAUGHING INSIDE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL LOST.. Good luck God bless. And f#!: Niblock
