Which heads will roll first after the deal is signed? Any thoughts?

Salaried team leaders???40-50k where do they do that?? Unless they making em 55hours per week..no o.t......lol
There will still be team leaders. I imagine they'll probably be converted into salaried positions though. $40-45K a year is a reasonable wage for department heads.

Once the proper software-tech is in place regional positions and team leaders..no need to pay people more than 20$per hour in this line of work..
