The negotiation is a delayed execution. Can't raise so many fat cats without high license fee.
To be honest, Qualcomm is too greedy on licensing fee. There is no Chance for Qualcomm to win. Everybody hare this greedy practice.
I think Qcom will win the lawsuit if they keep pursuing it. Apple is trying to win in the court of public opinion. However, it behooves Qcom to resolve the lawsuit as soon as possible because uncertainty prevents their stock price from going up.
They want to remove the entire lotalty fee completely. That is what they are going after in first place.
QC will pay Apple for all lawyer fees and negotiate a better price for MDM
Apple will never negotiate. Why would they do that?
