Bussiness is contracting, these are signs of the times. There hasnt been any top line growth in a few years and future sales will be less not more. End of cycle. Markets / stocks been propped up by free money from fed for 8 years. Hon has not cared about top line growth for at least 8 years, easier to cut and extract cash. Its not that iphones are that expensive, many of us can afford our own, and someone made a decision to implement them a few years back. It was part of the " being connected" theme and made employees more responsive for customers. Hon just trying to save every last dime right now and not even thiking past next qtr earnings cnf call.

Band 3 hear and work in Field Service in ISC. Got notified yesterday all in our group has to turn in our iPhones by Monday! Going to take 5 business days to get the flip phone and service will be cut off on our iPhone after Monday. Way to go Honeywell. Now customers won't be able to get ahold of their FSE for a week except by E-mail. It seems writing is on the wall. Also, heard that a VP in ISC said they are concerned about all the people leaving and they don't understand why. How out of touch can people be?? Never seen it this bad in my over 25 years with the company. God help us.

Band 3s get phones? News to this Band 3 guy. Then again, I don't want them to have an excuse to call me 24/7!

They don't trust us salaried employees to work remotely occasionally so how can they trust me to only use my company phone during offfice hours? I stopped taking the laptop home and the cellphone. If they want to treat us like babies then I will act like one. Better hurry up and use your allotted 7 days personal time byvthe end of the year.

This is just a sign of Hon doing everything possible to make numbers look better right now. Everything to keep stock propped up. Getting near end of what can be done short of a sale. And they will refer to this as growth.

I use my company phone for streaming videos and music so I can save my data on my personal account. Couldn't care less about running up Honeywell's data though and I never use wifi either. Just using the power of connected and enjoying my face to face collaborations.

True to a point. Most 3's will have no phone. Be glad for your free time. No one should be using their company phone for personal use anyway. Do you really want the company knowing your personal business?

It is true. Impacted users were told to hand their phones in today. Band 3 or lower. IT have been tasked to collect them and wipe them
