People cannot overstay and still work in a regular company like Cisco over a visa. Most of you folks complaining clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

Life is a people game. If he's a good dude raising good kids, leave him alone.
my manager is on h1b and some rumors are going around that he has fake degree. could be he overstayed his visa. is it moral to report him? the dude seems hard working and nice family man with 2 kids.

@sfu OP is reminding others to report H1B abuse, nothing wrong with that unless you are an H1B taking advantage of the system.
