As someone who worked at a very large garden center for Plant Essentials for 4 years, i can definitely say PE is one of the most unorganized and worst places i ever held a job.
They cared nothing about working with Lowes staff. Management spent most of their time getting high in their cars, trying to catch those who actually DID work doing something they could write them up for.
I barely had to deal with any PE mgmt, or I'd not have lasted past first year. It wasn't until the new terriroty mgr hired his smoking buddies that I bailed.
I have nothing good to say about PE and if Lowes would just get their sh-- together, they could save a fortune and get rid of them. PE doesn't deserve a contract.
