We have a good idea to believe Rick's email to us. A specialist is important to the store and I am choosing not to believe the 19th or 29th doom. The company needs us and it's in our best interests to get on with the helping of customers. After all, that is what we do best.

Only an idiot would believe their job is safe at Lowes. We've been shown that our jobs are expendable in Lowes quest to increase shareholder value. Where are these new customer facing employees? Haven't seen one at my store.
Another one with too much cool-aid
Damron is only ok with corporate. He can't have a mass exodus leave before the new plan is in place. I am sure these topics are true at some point but they aren't ready to reveal their entire hand just yet. I am willing to bet whoever spilt the beans was privy to what the coming years changes are going to be but whoever that is decided to let everyone know now. I believe the whole DM removal is a bust. Shrink is out of control. Customer service is horrible and EOS is even worse. No one trusts them. They all just collect pay checks.
