Is anyone on here participating in the class action lawsuit?
Specifically, I'm curious if you've felt like you're being retaliated against by WFM since signing up for the lawsuit.
I know it's not LEGAL for an employer to retaliate, but let's be real... Whole Foods is not above manufacturing write ups, denying you a promotion, cutting your hours, and so on.
How do I sign up? For this lawsuit???
I'm participating. I spoke to the D.C firm that is running it a few months ago. They took some info about me and my wife and haven't heard back. Neither of us has worked there for years though so hopes aren't high to hear back about anything. This was the lawsuit for manipulated payouts/gainsharing. Not sure if that's the one you mean.

Wait, you sued the company and didn't get a promotion? That's odd. If anything, a lawsuit between an employee and emplyer builds trust I would think.......
