I really dislike my supervisor because of the way we are treated now. I remember when it was more like working with family members even though we were from all nationalities. The LWD tool line is just not the same anymore. We thought things were bad but in hindsight we didn't have it bad at all. Granted one or two coworkers are difficult at times but now it is hard to go into this Manufacturing plant and not become discouraged by the end of the day. I suffer through the days.

Non qualified people taking over manufacturing is mind boggling. How in the hell does that happen? He was demoted when he was a lead. No degree. No experience. Just crazy.

If you think you are so good and willing go apply for a position here. I do my job and deal with what I have to do to get through the week. I know this place has issues and people keep quiet about what they really think. The backstabbing is part of the culture now. It was not that way in past administration. I welcome more people to apply and get hired so I can kick back and just do a little part and keep my check coming in.

I would say if you have a kick back job stick it out to the end and take every penny you can. If you are not happy with WFT now is the time to jump ship. Either way it's going to sink with or without you.
You really don't need a low paying job with all the associated drama and backstabbing working at this place.
