Here is something to think about - there could be massive lawsuits against lowes based on Damron's email if they actually do eliminate SS positions, then a director of a corporation intentionally provide false and misleading statements to the employees, public, and technically shareholders since many of us own shares in lowes stock.
Intentionally providing false and misleading information to vested parties is not only a fiscally criminal act, but opens the company up to massive civil liability.
If the mail is authentic (although it is looking more and more that it is not), is this really a possibility?
