We have 2 coaches in our SNP (still can't understand reasoning behind it) and they know nothing about our process. It is extremely frustrating when we ask questions/clarifications and all they do is ignore us or confuse us more and more. I truly think Coaches need to be people who have been doing this job as HCMRNs or SW and know the process and know how to deal with Members and know the day to day of this crazy and supper involved job. Our coaches have no clue whatsoever and as an HCMRN it is extremely frustrating to not get answers or get wrong answers daily.

Souns ohhhhh so familiar! We muwt have the same coaches. So ridiculous.
Ignorance is bliss at their rah-rah-rah management meeting.
The CEOs just want your numbers for their $ compensation. Instead of proving profits they devised getting $ for other things like rediculous calls & assessments.
