The video looks like it was from the 1990's. Back then Lowe's was pro employee. Now it's different. It's outdated and wrong. Yes what he says about unions is true to a degree. The problem with unions for Lowe's is employees don't last long enough to reap rewards of a union. I am mixed on unions at Lowe's but anything to shake up the top I am for..
