Just sitting in the break room, eating lunch, listening to the summer help talk about how much they are getting paid. In some cases it's more than I'm being paid. I should quit and be rehired so I can make more money. Experience means nothing to Lowe's, it's only the bottom line.

Alex, I'll take things that never happened for $500.
I know someone who was a Department Manager and he stepped down to Specialist and got a pay raise then went back to department manger and got another pay raise. So in the end he got a few raises to get back right where he was then he left the company less then a year later cause no one would help him.
