What "action plan" Nothing like that was discussed on our conference call. What are you talking about? Spill if you were actually on the SM conf call.

You are so right (below). Sending out emails that no one has the time to read because we are so short staffed and busy helping customers, putting away freight, packing down aisles, recovering departments, helping out in other departments, getting returns, code 3's, code 50's, Internet orders, merchandise pickups, talking our deliveries to receiving, bringining in carts from the lot, and dozens of other things we do everyday all day it does seem like once you make it to management you no longer have to work. You just get rich of the efforts of others.

Many days i don't even know who the managers working that day are, they just aren't around.

Most likely still hiding in office and sending emails out. It's amazing how they don't get it. If you are not around no one will respect you or even follow you. Yet so many get into those positions and do the same thing.. It's almost like they don't have to work any more.

Does this mean that the store management will actually do their job(s)? Or will it be more of the same; standing around, hiding out in offices, not responding to calls and pages for over rides?
