Does Molina provide safe spaces for their stressed out over worked employees? You know, the kind with coloring books and puppies and pizza?
I guess the bottom line is....Don't work so f---ing hard at a lousy job and hopefully you will get laid off too!

does anyone have insight to impacted departments ? I have heard member services , Claims, PIRR , MIRR , Quality and UM. Any truth to that?
It's not lies - this was noted on this site three days ago, then again about five hours ago and Reuters picked it up only an hour ago. It's another proof that leaks happen before it hits a news cycle but at the same time you need to be careful about what you are reading and you have to be skeptical.
This round of cuts will be massive, it will be unlike anything we've seen so far.
Good luck to all - each of us (especially us in IT) will need it thru September.
