This is a site, where already unhappy people discuss rumors and vent about life at a failing company. I am not sure why the corporate trolls try to put a positive spin on continuous layoffs and store closures. The morale overall is terrible, due to the cuts in people, benefits, and lack of growth in pay. I guess I don't know why you would bother to try to convince people that everything is great.

The vast majority of the trolls are people who've already been laid off or who don't work for sears period..
Like someone else said we are not all miserable like you OP, I have just as much right to come to this site to highlight the positive as you the negative, some people actually have good experiences at SHC, do something about it instead of complaining boring us with the self pity

You need to realize that not everyone is miserable just because some/most are. There are some people who are perfectly fine with riding the ship down to the water's edge and then swimming to safety because they have confidence that they can do so.
Not everyone who disagrees with you or who has a different viewpoint is a troll.
