This is not children school. No person is coming to hold your hand and say not time to worry about the job. Grow up and go back to the work.
Is it just me or does the company seem very unstable right now? It seems leadership does not know what to do. Also, SM townhall was not very convincing as to future of company with lawsuits.
They should take algorithm and english grammar test to fire people.

Start with VP of hearables lens (yow man can you hear you deaf old f***), his irish fatso sensors sr.director, the brown nose PM. If you guys are reading you are full of Sh--!!!! I am a multi-media guy who heard a lot about your aholery from my friends who left Q.
BCG is still here to make sure changes made in 2015 are kept. They is not here for more of the layoff
PAid SR directors will not ever help with any of this, as they are not are "Blue Collar" employees...
Possibly servicing water dispensers, delivering mail and packages, and answering phones are items that engineering would like help with...
I can't imagine that Q thinks free sodas are a benefit. Get rid of them.

Just rumors and hearsay. Every one gets to stay and hiring on the way.
Hearing that at SCL there will be QREF layoffs in September, possibly the entire staff of non-maintenance support staff. No more sodas or bottled water... how many SR directors would it take to save those 15 support people...? The morale hit will be much greater through a broader segment of the staff to see this happen rather than release a couple of senior directors with nothing to contribute to the working week...
Cut more sr.diectors than engineers. There are so many Sr.Dirs without doing anything, even no one reported.
