Actually the retention bonus relies on him meeting his Earnings Per Share targets. He needs to get it up to $8 to get the $10m bonus
Right now it's about $2 so no wonder he's going hell for leather on the WFR
So Mike got a bonus and then an extra bonus. that's about right.
I would say that translates to no raises for an extended time
